Mbarara Campus holds first Research Awareness Workshop
The MUBS Regional Campus Mbarara, held a research awareness workshop for its staff on August 12th 2017. This is an effort to sensitize staff about research and publication in order to increase research out put.
The Principle of MUBS Prof. Balunywa and Prof Ngoma were present to grace the occasion. Prof. Balunywa had a presentation on the Institutional dynamics and strategic direction for MUBS. In his presentation, he covered the benefits of being a scholar, the roadblocks to becoming a scholar and proposed solutions.
Prof. Ngoma also covered what it takes to become a scholar. He emphasized the need for scholars to impart upon themselves the skills of reading, writing, critical mind, Networking, Listening and giving feedback.
